App: Remembin Developer: Pavel Sivak (Poland) Effective date: October 22, 2026

This policy explains what information the Remembin app ("the app", "we", "us") handles and how. In short: your cards and study history stay on your devices. The app has no accounts, no ads and no analytics, and we never receive your data. A few things can leave your device, and this policy lists every one of them.

Summary

We don't sell your data and don't use it for advertising.

Who is responsible for your data

The developer of the app is Pavel Sivak, an individual developer based in Poland. Contact: [email protected].

Because the app does not send your collection or personal information to us, we do not store or process it on any server.

Information stored on your device

You can export your collection at any time and delete it by deleting the app.

iCloud sync

Sync is off until you turn it on in the app. When it is on, your collection is copied to the private database of your iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit. Apple handles this data under its own privacy policy. You can turn sync off at any time, and you can remove the synced data in your device's iCloud settings.

Imported decks and media from other websites

Decks you import may contain links to audio or images hosted by third parties. The app loads those files directly from the address in the deck, either when a card is shown or when you choose to download a deck's audio. Those requests reveal your IP address to the website that hosts the file and are covered by that website's own privacy policy. Downloaded files are stored only on your device.
